Ashnetic provides custom digital and IT services based on client requirements. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project are finalized through written communication, proposals, or discussions prior to project initiation.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, content, approvals, and timely feedback required for project execution. Delays caused by missing inputs may affect delivery timelines.
All projects require an upfront payment or agreed milestone-based payment before work begins. Pricing is based on project scope, complexity, and agreed deliverables.
Once the project has started, payments are non-refundable, as services involve time, planning, and resource allocation.
Reasonable revisions are provided as per the agreed scope. Any additional changes or features beyond the original agreement may require extra charges and timeline adjustments.
Ashnetic may work with third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google, hosting providers, APIs, or software tools. We are not responsible for policy changes, account suspensions, or limitations imposed by these platforms.
If the client has any concerns, queries, or issues related to the service, they agree to discuss them with Ashnetic first. We believe in transparent communication and mutual resolution.
Upon full payment, the client receives rights to the final approved deliverables. Ashnetic reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ashnetic shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, data, or revenue arising from the use of our services.
Ashnetic reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
